Failed to connect to UC-Engines in Toolbox?

After double-clicking on a UC-ENGINE, Toolbox fails to connect, even though any other product can be connected to it. Doesn't work even with the latest Toolbox software and Crestron databases. Is there any advice that might be helpful?

Have you selceted the connection via SSL/TLS with the correct credentials? This solved a similar issue for me.
