Why do my devices not appear in Device Discovery?

I am working with Crestron Toolbox and I don't seem to find all the devices in the Device Discovery section. Are there any troubleshooting tips or advice on how can I avoid this problem?

This sounds like a network issue. I would make sure, that the PC running Toolbox is in the same IP-Address range as the devices you want to connect to. Furthermore there may be seperate VLANS configured, making it impossible to find the other devices.
