CrestronThe touch panel no longer accepts the credentials, although I am sure they are correct. Now I have to reset it manually to the factory settings, but I don't know exactly how to do that. Can anyone help me with this?
Press the reset button in the small hole on the back of the device until the screen goes black and then release it. Once the Crestron logo appears at boot up, repeat this process 10 more times, for a total of 11 times. Wait for the device to boot up - it should then display a recovery screen where you can select the factory reset option.
