- Zoom whitelisting will be included in a future version.
- Flex Hub automatically obtains the latest firmware from the auto-update server when it connects to the network for the first time.
- It is not recommended to pair multiple Flex Pods to a single Flex Hub at the same time. Only pair one pod at a time.

Known issues:
- The Remote System Log function is currently not supported.
- IPv4 is only supported in the current version.
- Integration of Flex Hub as an audio peripheral (microphone and speaker) with the AirMedia® Receiver 3xxx for wireless conferencing is not supported.
- The Flex Hub WEBUI indicates that the XIO cloud settings are automatically saved; this feature does not work and the user must save after a change.
- Microphone mute status when connected to a laptop or MacBook is inconsistent.
- A PC with Toolbox installed may experience microphone synchronization issues; this issue will be resolved in a future update.

Additional notes:
- The Crestron Flex Hub can be updated via the Crestron Auto Update Service, the Crestron Toolbox™ software, the device's internal website or the XiO Cloud®. In a UC Engine deployment, the Flex Hub can only be updated via the UC Engine and the XiO Cloud® does not provide an option to update the Flex Hub.
