  • Zoom whitelisting will be included in a future version.
  • Flex Hub automatically obtains the latest firmware from the auto-update server when it connects to the network for the first time.
  • It is not recommended to pair multiple Flex Pods to a single Flex Hub at the same time. Only pair one pod at a time.
  • Recommended settings for noise reduction in each application:

Known issues:

  • The Remote System Log function is currently not supported.
  • IPv4 is only supported in the current version.
  • Integration of Flex Hub as an audio peripheral (microphone and speaker) with the AirMedia® Receiver 3xxx for wireless conferencing is not supported.
  • The Flex Hub WEBUI indicates that the XIO cloud settings are automatically saved; this feature does not work and the user must save after a change.
  • Microphone mute status when connected to a laptop or MacBook is inconsistent.
  • A PC with Toolbox installed may experience microphone synchronization issues; this issue will be resolved in a future update.

Additional notes:

  • The Crestron Flex Hub can be updated via the Crestron Auto Update Service, the Crestron Toolbox™ software, the device's internal website or the XiO Cloud®. In a UC Engine deployment, the Flex Hub can only be updated via the UC Engine and the XiO Cloud® does not provide an option to update the Flex Hub.
The manufacturer Crestron has not yet set up its devicebase profile. Content such as updates, compatibilities and support may only be maintained with a delay.
