  • Zoom Whitelisting will be in a future release.
  • Flex Hub will automatically pull the latest firmware from the auto update server upon connecting to the network for the first time.
  • Pairing of multiple Flex Pods simultaneously to a single Flex Hub is not recommended. Pair one Pod at a time.
  • Recommended Noise Suppression settings within each application:

  • Microsoft Teams Auto
  • Zoom Auto
  • Webex Noise Cancel

Known issues:

  • Remote System Log feature is not currently supported.
  • IPv4 is only supported in the current release.
  • Flex Hub as an audio peripheral (Microphone and Speaker) integration with the AirMedia® Receiver 3xxx for wireless conferencing is not supported.
  • The Flex Hub WEBUI shows XIO Cloud settings is autosaved, this capability is not working, and the user will need to save after making a change.
  • Microphone Mute state, when connected to a laptop or MacBook, is not consistent.
  • Mic sync issue may be observed with PC with Toolbox installed; this will be addressed in
    a future update.

Additional Notes:

  • The Crestron Flex Hub can be updated via the Crestron Auto update service, Crestron Toolbox™ software, the internal webpage of the device, or XiO Cloud®. In a UC-Engine deployment, the Flex Hub can only be upgraded through the UC-Engine and XiO Cloud® will not provide an option to upgrade the Flex Hub.
The manufacturer Crestron has not yet set up its devicebase profile. Content such as updates, compatibilities and support may only be maintained with a delay.
