How does Crestron Toolbox recognize the correct IP address?

With the supplied adapters for the screen or Dante (USB to Ethernet), the PC gets 2 IP addresses more. How can I set in the toolbox so that it recognizes the correct IP address or the correct network interface, or all?

Answers

  • Crestron always assumes that the first IP address in the system (Onboard Ethernet) is the correct one. The software is not actually designed to display and use multiple IP addresses.
  • If you install additional USB to Ethernet adapters, follow the instructions provided by Crestron, as this has been tested.
