Improvements

Added the ability to disable pinging a device before sending SNMP query. This is helpful on networks where ICMP requests are blocked.

To disable pinging devices before SNMP query:

Create a file called disablePingBeforeSnmp (without any extension) in [INSTALL FOLDER]/virtualcontrol/conf
Restart the XiO Cloud Gateway service

Upon XiO Cloud Gateway service start, the following message will be printed to the syslog: “ICMP ping will be skipped for SNMP devices”
