Improvements

Desk Scheduling pre-release support is available in XiO Cloud on request.

New XiO Customers that want to try out Desk Scheduling in XiO Cloud can register here:

FLEX-HUB and Flex Pod support

Customers will be able to claim the new Crestron Flex UC-AUDIO-HUB to XiO Cloud. The model type is FLEX-HUB.
FLEX-HUB supports up to four paired Crestron Flex UC-AUDIO-POD devices.
Early Access Program (EAP):
Flex Pods are available to a limited group of customers participating in the Early Access Program.
Support in XiO Cloud includes:
Status – Device info, Network, Audio (HUB and POD Information)
Settings – Date/Time, Network, Audio (Hub settings, Audio settings, Pod Settings, and status)
Scheduled actions, Activity logs, and Device metadata.
Configure and monitor status alerts.

Desk Scheduling pre-release XiO Cloud support

Desks and desk devices added at root level cannot show logs because logs are only accessible from the Desk’s parent group. To view the logs for Desks and desk devices, move the desk to a group. Any previous logs would then be visible from the Logs tab at the group level.
Mass Import with devices
Recommended 125 max
500 is supported, but it will take 30 minutes or more to complete the import, claim, and association of 500 devices.
In some cases, a new import operation may show up as queued in the progress tracker even though there are no other jobs in progress. The job will run and complete in the background even though the status is improperly reported.

Dashboards

Deleted rooms and their related data shall not show in the dashboards.
For users that need to retain historic data for decommissioned rooms, do not delete the rooms from XiO Cloud. Instead, keep the rooms licensed in the service. Decommissioned rooms can be moved to a different tree location to keep them separate from active, inservice rooms, and they will continue to show historic data.

FLEX-HUB and Flex Pod Early Access Program

Flex-Hub firmware upgrade is not available from XiO Cloud. Firmware upgrades can be done from the local web UI, the Auto-update server, or from a connected UC-Engine
Flex-Hub firmware updates show completed even though the Flex Pod updates are still in progress.
The Flex Pod name is stuck in pending delivery when configured with some special characters.
Alerts are not available for Flex Pod mic mute and USB Audio streaming.
The Flex Pod firmware upgrade progress as shown in XiO Cloud is slower (~15%-20% delay) as compared to the local web UI.
The Flex Pod device status continues to show as in-range on the Flex Hub settings and status tab even when the Hub is offline.

Fixes

Inventory Download – fixed an issue regarding group names with a comma that breaks the format of the .CSV by shifting all column data to the right.
Fixed an issue where devices inaccurately report that firmware updates is disabled
