New Angular 11 service support and Legrand PDU update
New Features
- Support for DM-NAX-AMP-X300 – users can claim, configure (network settings, firmware), monitor, schedule actions, and set alerts
- Update to the XiO Cloud service from Angular 10 to Angular 11
- Legrand PDU update – Threshold values for RMS Voltage, RMS current, active energy, and power usage will be visible or hidden based on the check box value on the device UI
Open issues
- Raritan/Legrand PDU: Disabled thresholds are visible in XiO. When the thresholds are disabled, the values will appear in the status tab with a value of “N/A”
- Raritan/Legrand PDU: Voltage threshold values are not updating in XiO. When setting or changing a threshold, the new value intermittently does not update in XiO. If necessary, refresh the device to see the recent setting
Known XiO Cloud Behaviors
If settings are pushed to a device during a short network connectivity outage (less than 8 minutes) they may not be reflected on the device
- Press the Refresh button on the portal to send the settings to the device after connectivity is restored
If maintenance mode is enabled and then the name of the group is changed, maintenance mode is disabled
- The user should re-enable maintenance mode manually
When claiming more than 500 devices using a .csv file, the portal will show a “file processing failed” error. All devices are claimed so it is safe to disregard the error.
- Best practice – when importing multiple devices, limit the process to 500 at a time.
