DTEN D7 Update: Key Improvements and Resolved Issues

New Features:

• Send logs from the device to the DTEN Support team: Press the menu button five times in a row to post the log.

Enhancements:

• ✔️ Optimized monitoring of health check diagnostic
• ✔️ Volume enhancement

Fixed Bugs:

• ✔️ Solved the issue that caused the device to automatically shut down after the computer is turned off for a few minutes when using monitor mode after connecting the computer with HDMI.
• ✔️ Other minor bug fixes.

Update Instructions:

• ? Available on DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later.

• ? The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event.
• ? The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes; DTEN D7 will automatically restart.
