DTEN D7 Update Fixes Microsoft Teams Audio Issues

- Orbit Device Management: Ability to remove a device from the DTEN Orbit account.

Fixed Bugs:
- Microphone Issue: Resolved issue for DTEN D7 55" v2 and D7 75" when joining Microsoft Teams from Zoom Rooms.
Open Issues:
- Whiteboard Sharing: Unable to share whiteboard during Microsoft Teams meetings; the device displays "whiteboarding in progress."
- Content Sharing: Unable to share content from a selected window during Microsoft Teams meetings.
- Login Page Issue: Users cannot exit the login page if "sign in" is clicked prior to joining a scheduled Microsoft Teams meeting.
- Workaround: Do not click on "sign in."
- Blank Screen: Clicking "sign in - terms of use" during a scheduled meeting results in a blank white screen on the DTEN D7.
Update Instructions:
- Availability: Update 2.5.0 will be available on the DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later.
- Device Requirements: DTEN D7 must be powered on and connected to a stable, open, or Zoom whitelisted network (ethernet preferred, without a firewall). For more information, click here.
- Meeting Engagement: Update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event.
- Update Duration: The update will take approximately 30-45 minutes; the DTEN D7 will automatically restart.
- Important: Do not disconnect or power off during the update.
