Factory settings?

There are two ways to perform a factory reset on the DTEN ME:

On the device:

1. swipe the touchscreen from right to left with three fingers to open the dashboard menu
2. press Factory Reset to start the factory reset.
3. to cancel the factory reset, press the Cancel button.

On the Orbit portal:

1. log in to the Orbit portal with your access data
2. select the corresponding device from the device list
3. navigate to the settings or maintenance options of the device
4. click on Factory Reset to reset the device to the factory settings
5. confirm the reset process if a confirmation prompt appears.
