- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply, wait a few minutes, reconnect the appliance to the power supply. Try to restart the Elmo.
- If you have a second camera in the house, try the power supply unit of the second camera to rule out a fault with the power supply unit.
- Disconnect all connections from the Elmo and try it with power only. There may be a fault on another cable.
- The remote control battery may be flat, replace it to be on the safe side.
