Google Assistant is not available for this device S9?

When I open the Google Assistant app on my Samsung S9, the only thing I get is: Google Assistant is not available for this device. Any ideas?

Found the error. To be able to use the Google Assistant App, the Google App must also be installed. Normally it is installed by default, but I deactivated it once.
