Google Assistant - Google Home via JBL Link Portable?

Hello all. We got us a JBL Link Portable Box us there via a Huawei mobile phone Google Home set up. If we now play Spotify (premium account on the Huawai phone) this works without problems when only one of us are at home. As soon as we are both with our phones (Huawai P40 lite and Iphone 11 Pro) at home, the playback of Spotify interrupts again and again. This is so annoying and we are considering returning the box and deleting google home. Possibly helpful: on my Iphone I only have the plain version of Spotify with ads.... Can this evtl be the problem?

It is possible that the problem with Spotify playback is caused by using the free version of Spotify on your iPhone. The free version of Spotify includes advertisements, and it is possible that these advertisements are playing on your iPhone while you are listening to music through the JBL Box. This could cause interruptions in music playback.

To fix the problem, disable the ads on your iPhone. You could sign up for a premium subscription from Spotify to test this out. Alternatively, you can install an ad blocker on your iPhone to block the ads.
