need help with someone trying to join meeting?

one of my participats gets this notification "this video call isn't available right now ."

There are a few possible reasons for this:

From the attendee's perspective:

The browser is out of date
Users need to update their Date and Time settings
The admin hasn't started the meeting yet
The camera or microphone is not working properly

From the admin perspective:

If there is a problem, you can add the attendees manually (using the Add People button under the People tab)
Reset the Meet link - this can also resolve the issue
