Power supply defective?

Hello everyone,

I have a Heidelberg Energy Control ECO wallbox.
The box has been running for about two weeks without any problems.

As of today, the LED display no longer lights up, although there is voltage on the supply line (checked).

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
Is the internal fuse or the power supply unit possibly defective, or does this directly indicate a defect in the box?
