New is_Event() Function Simplifies Event Management in Software

New Features:

• The `is_Event()` function replaces previous event functions:
• `is_InitEvent()`
• `is_EnableEvent()`
• `is_WaitEvent()`
• `is_DisableEvent()`
• `is_ExitEvent()`

Enhancements:

• Simplifies event usage and standardizes programming across Windows and Linux.

Fixed Bugs:

• Fixed a bug causing incorrect color display in rare cases.
• Fixed a bug leading to the error "140 - A capturing operation is in progress and must be terminated first" during image acquisition for GigE cameras.

Open Issues:

• In the IDS line scan, GigE uEye CP Rev. 2 models may lose a line between two images with a pixel clock > 60 MHz.
• UI-313xCP Rev. 2: Images may be permanently lost when using the smallest possible AOI in hardware trigger mode.
