Are other users experiencing headband breakage?
One of my customers with 37 headsets has seen 6 broken headbands within the last 15 months. Have others also experienced this problem?

Within 2 years, this bracket has not broken for me. I only had to replace the battery 2 times. Based on the high failure rate, I would recommend switching to an earpiece or neckband.
The earpiece, with its compact size can, in my opinion, be harder to break especially with frequent on and off.
