What to do when the Panacast 50 firmware update failed?

I encountered a prompt that the update had failed using Jabra direct software. I just wanted to make sure that I don't make it even worse. How can I retry the update process?

Based from the product's FAQ for this concern. After a failed firmware update, you can recover and retry the process by following the steps below:

1. Right after an unsuccessful firmware update, a notification dialog will open. Just click Ok.

2. Next to your listed device, click Recover to open the update dialog.

3. Click on Update (Note: Avoid disconnecting the device at any point during the update)

4. When the firmware has been updated successfully, a notification dialog will open to inform you. Click Ok.

Important: The interface within the app might change or may be different. The official FAQ page also notes that "Images and text are for guidance purposes only. Actual images and text may vary depending on the device connected and updates to the software".
