Jabra Speaker Not Detected After PC Wake from Sleep – USB Extension Setup ?

I’m experiencing an issue with my Jabra speaker connected to a Windows PC via a USB extension cable (approximately 5 meters long). Over the weekend, when the PC is not in use, it enters sleep mode. I believe the Jabra speaker also powers down or discharges during this time.

On Monday mornings, the speaker fails to wake up or get detected by the system. The only workaround I’ve found is to unplug the USB cable, wait a few minutes, and then reconnect it. During this time, the speaker flashes red (presumably charging), and eventually turns solid white. Only then does the device get recognized by the PC.

I’ve already disabled USB selective suspend in the Power Management settings, but the issue persists.

Is there a recommended solution or configuration to prevent the speaker from becoming unresponsive after extended sleep periods? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
