Are there any problems with the P30X after the FW update to version 2.0.0?

Since unfortunately the KEBA service does not respond after I have contacted them with my problem, I'll try my luck here

About 4 weeks ago I updated the firmware of my Wallbox P30X from the then current version 1.19.6 to version. 2.0.0 (via the web interface). Unfortunately, I forgot that the charging plug was still in the vehicle. Apparently the update went through correctly, there was no error message or indication that the plug was still in the car. Unfortunately, the wallbox now displays the message out of service and I can no longer charge. I can still access the KEBA via the web interface, under Status/Condition I see... not available and that's it.

The current FW is also displayed as 2.0.0. Since then I have tried the following:

Switching off and on -->; no change

Update again with 2.0.0 --> Update aborts and says it is already installed

deep firmware update again with the 2.0.0 via USB bead --> no error message but still out of service

Ditto with the old 1.19.6 --> also no error message but the 2.0.0 is still displayed on the web

Reset to factory settings -->ditto no change

The KEBA update page also lists SNs of wallboxes that no longer run 2.0.0, but mine is not one of them

I then contacted KEBA support, a support ticket was also opened there and I also sent them the log file about 2 weeks ago after being asked to do so, but nothing has happened since then

I now have no idea what else I can do (apart from waiting for KEBA support to get back to me).

In other forums I have come across posts from users who have the same problem, apparently I am not alone
