Why is the controller stuck on blank screen?

We have several Lenovo Core MTR at a customer site. When customer arrives in the morning the controller is blank (this is system with Lenovo controller) , and the only way to wake the unit is to use power button.Any ideas ??

There are several options here.

  • De-/activate hotplug detection from the screen
  • Deactivate ModernStandby on the PC
  • Deactivate all USB energy saving settings (energy saving plan / device manager)
  • Set the resolution on the Windows PC to 1080p
  • If necessary, use an EDID emulator on the HDMI cable or use the EDID setting on the TV (service menu)
  • These are just a few possible sources of error.
