Support device management and admin functions on Zoom for Cisco Rooms devices

• Account owners and admins can deploy Zoom for Cisco Rooms across a range of hardware, including the Cisco Room Bar, Room Bar Pro, Desk Pro, Room Kit EQ, and Room Kit EQX. This integration enables a sign-in mode, allowing devices to report essential metadata such as app versions and device IDs directly to the Zoom portal.

• Hosts can access the same AI Companion capabilities in Zoom Rooms as in meeting clients, including for live summary generation and intelligent agenda management. When enabled, AI Companion automatically activates note-taking to support structured meeting flow. P articipants receive real-time summaries and action.

Controller features

End of support notification for older iOS versions

• Zoom Rooms admins receive proactive notifications when their Zoom Rooms Controllers are running on iOS or iPadOS versions earlier than 14.0. The warning system identifies devices that need firmware updates or hardware replacement before the next software release. Admins can view which specific controllers in their environment require attention through the administrative interface.
