• Surface Edge: The Path Width parameter now correctly averages points from the right Y locations.
• Profile Closed Area: The tool region will no longer display when not enabled.
• Surface Mask: Polygon region vertices are now retained when switching between job files.
• Profile Line: Advanced Anchoring functionality has been corrected.
• Surface Ball Bar: Unintended changes between 5.2 SR2 and 5.3 have been reverted.

Open Issues:

• G2400 Video Mode: Video image for G2400 sensors remains upside down.
• Internet Explorer: Known issues persist with IE 11 on large data sets due to memory limitations.
• Surface Track: The Surface Track tool is unsupported on the GoMax device.
• G3504 Interreflection Material: Not supported at the full field of view due to memory limitations.
• Script Tool: Memory leaks may arise when using arrays and structs in scripts.
