No. The Logi Circle is a WiFi IP camera, it cannot be connected to a PC directly to be used as a webcam. The Logi Circle comes with a monitoring app available on Apple cellphones and tablets, this app is also available on Android devices, however the camera is not compatible with third party chat services such as Skype.
