Blurry image on local Monitor?

Hi all,
I am using Intel NUC's in combination with Meetup and Rally Bar camera's and image on the receiving end is ok, but the image on my local Monitors (LG UL3 series) keeps being low quality after playing around with resolutions on the NUC and Monitors.Any tips what the best settings will be to get the local immage sharp as well?

Teams currently only supports a Full HD resolution. Anything higher can affect the image quality.

Reset the screen settings on the Nuc and then set it to Full HD.
Reset all screen settings on the LG UL3.
Install the latest firmware and updates for all devices.
Reset the Group to rule out faulty behavior.
