The camera can be controlled from the remote control, but it cannot automatically point itself at the speakers.
The Logitech Group can't, but the Logitech MeetUp can and the Logitech Rally will get it soon. It is called RightSight and is a program for the PC to which the camera is connected. This automatically aligns the camera so that everyone is optimally in the picture.
