Group system constantly disconnecting?

We run 15+ conference rooms all set up with the Logi Group system running from Intel NUC's for our Zoom Room software, recently we have been having issues with the Group speakerphone kit at 1 site constantly dropping the connection to the NUC and reconnecting about 3-4 times a minute. We have replaced the entire kit 3 times and every time it runs sweet as for about 2 weeks and then the issues start cropping up again. Recently the camera at the same site has also started acting up and will not stop panning left to right by a few degrees makes you feel sea sick if you are watching the video in a meeting. All our kits are running the latest version of the Group firmware, Win10 OS (21H2), Zoom Rooms software on the NUC and the controller app on the room control tablets. All systems are using only the Logitech cables that came in the box. I have tried contacting the Logitech support team but they have been less than ideal to deal with.

Has anyone else had this issue? The site is a 7 hour drive away and I am not keen on dropping another $3k for the issue to start again.
