Logitech Group Camera Zoom in / out doesn't work?

My Logitech group camera works OK, but won't zoom in or out. The tilt up/ down & side all work OK. Just not the zoom.I have applied the latest firmware fix from Logitech but still no luck.

Check all cables on the camera and the base unit.
Disconnect and reconnect the cables.
Unplug the entire system for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
Reset the Group to factory default settings.
Disconnect any connection to another device and retest the settings.
Contact Logitech Support for repair or replacement of the device.

Check the camera zoom in a meeting software, e.g. Microsoft Teams. In a test, the zoom did not work in the camera app, but in a call with a customer, the system worked fine.
