Why can't I set up camera presets?

I've checked the user manual and it says there will be a beep and something on display when I successfully set up a camera preset. I've tried both the remote and the main display unit. I set up the camera where I want it, and hold down the numbered button - but nothing happens. I can't work out why it won't work, as I previously had no problem using presets with my old conferencing set - but this brand new one isn't working in this one area. Everything else is working fine.

Any suggestions?

Just hold the Preset (numbered 1-5) button until it beeps. Thats all
