Why is the camera not responding in the conference system?

The camera only holds one picture setting. It does not respond to the remote control or to the operation on the main unit. The Logitech supports advice to update Group 9.3.51.exe did nothing. I downloaded it, but either that wasn't the solution or it "didn't reach" the camera. The system is about 9 months old.

The error occurred after a video conference in gotomeeting. Gotomeeting does not recognize the camera since then. Zoom does though.
