Or the focus has been changed in the conferencing software. If not, maybe it help´s to clean the lens.
If it is not the camera, then a blur is also conceivable by the software used. As is known, many online service providers only support the small HD resolution also called 720p, but a webcam can deliver Full HD, and then only offer a small HD resolution due to the software limitation.
