I have no video signal on the dock how do I get it to work?

Hello,
I have the Logi Dock and I can't get a video signal. Windows reports a problem with the DisplayPort over USB-C. I have not found an option in the settings to adjust this. Replacing the cable didn't help either, do you know what I can do? Everything works with other laptops that are older.

Hello Jessica,we were able to solve the problem for some customers by deactivating the Thunderbolt feature in the BIOS.

  • Check beforehand whether you need Thunderbolt on any devices.
  • We were able to reproduce the error on one of our laptops. We have photographed the setting for you.
