Introducing Camera Controls in BYOD Mode

• Rally Bar conference cameras and MeetUp 2 can now pair with Tap IP or Tap ​​to provide in-room camera controls such as RightSight 2 modes, manual camera PTZ controls, and more when configured to use BYOD as the service provider.

Added Camera Zone Support!

• Camera Zone allows you to specify an area in which the camera will actively detect and frame meeting participants. Other areas are ignored, reducing distractions and helping ensure that meetings are focused and effective. Learn more.

Remote UI Access

• We made several user experience enhancements based on your feedback:

1. If a Remote UI Access session is initiated from Sync Portal, the session will be automatically verified, and you will no longer be asked to provide the LNA login credentials.
2. In-room participants can now end a Remote UI session occurring on Rally Bar or RoomMate from a connected Tap IP if the Tap IP device was paired to the front-of-room devices over Relay.
3. MacOS Safari is now a supported web browser for accessing Remote UI Access.

Local Network Access (LNA)

• We added the ability to initiate a factory reset using LNA.
• The onboarding flow and device settings will now let you enable LNA even when there is no network connection.
• If your network supports FQDN-based resolution, LNA will now connect and display the device hostname instead of the local IP.
• Added the MAC address and serial number on the LNA activation screen for devices without touch control.

Appspace

• Updated the included Appspace app to 2.77.
