Logitech MeetUp - Doesn't work as audio output device over Bluetooth?

Question

Devices are able to connect to MeetUp via bluetooth, but MeetUp can only be used for conferencing software and nothing else? That sounds like half-assed product.

You can connect to a computer and use the Meetup as a wireless speaker and microphone.

Do the following Windows 10

Windows key -> Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth -> Add Bluetooth or other device -> Bluetooth
On the Meetup remote, hold the Bluetooth icon until the LED flashes blue.
Now connect to the MeetUp in Windows
Select the Meetup as playback and recording device in your software of choice or
Windows key -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> Sound Control Panel
Play music through your PC

Note

The MeetUp is a conference camera and is advertised as such.

But that's workaround from Windows side, there is no such option for Android or iOS and because Bluetooth is used for sound only it's quite useless functionality for "conference camera only".

Meetup also does not specify audio output via Bluetooth in its specifications. If you purchased the product from another supplier, it should contact them.

Among the specifications, only call answering and rejecting is listed for the Meetup (Bluetooth). Windows and Mac OS are listed as compatible products. TheIT Admin Tool for Windows does not allow any settings to be adjusted in this regard either. I recommend using the Meetup as a pure conference camera and Bluetooth output via a suitable product.
