Logitech Meetup not showing up as an option?

The camera works with other computers, but not mine. When I connect the USB the camera doesn't show up as an option. Neither in apps like Teams or in the system settings. I am at a loss here, nothing seem to work?

Judging from the description, there is no authorization to use the camera.

  • Check if the camera is generally recognized by Windows.
    Windows 10
Right click on Windows Start -> Device Manager -> "Camera" and check if Logitech MeetUp is listed.
  • Check the settings
    Windows 10
Windows Start -> Settings -> Privacy -> Camera
  1. is the camera access enabled.
  2. do the apps have access to the camera.
  • Check if the Logitech Software detects the camera.
  • If MeetUp is connected via a USB hub or extender, try connecting it directly to the USB port: some external hubs or extenders may not have sufficient power or specifications to support MeetUp.
  • Perform a MeetUp firmware update -> Download "MeetUp Firmware Upgrade"
