Meetup Microphone not detected by MacOS?

We had our Meetup in a box while our office was being built. We finally pulled it out, hooked it up, but it isn't being detected by the Sync app. We are getting video out of it but the microphone is not being detected by the OS at all (doesn't show up as an audio input device.)

Any ideas on how to get this working?

Check on another computer to see if the MeetUp is recognized.
Check the MeetUp on a Windows computer.
Update the system and components to the latest version.
Make sure you are using a USB 3.0 cable and that it is connected to the correct USB port.
Check all cables and connectors.
Contact Logitech Support for repair or replacement of the device.
