The camera is detected as Speakephone only in Windows 10?

The camera is detected as Speakephone only in Windows 10. All driveres are up to date. Initialy all was well and working. Now after 3 month I heve a speaker and microphone only. I tried to remove the device in DeviceManager, Update drivers and change USB ports. Nothing worked.

The Logitech MeetUp is a USB plug-and-play device and does not require any additional drivers or additional software from Logitech.

To update the firmware, the Logitech Software Area is available.

Also check the camera permission of Windows
Windows key -> Settings -> Privacy -> Camera Image

It can also be a loose connection, for this check all cables and connectors once and plug them in again.

Sometimes the problem can also be with the computer. Try the MeetUp on another device.
