After saving energy the Rally Bar shows: no device connected what is the error?

Hello,

Briefly about the structure:

A Logitech Rally camera is set up in appliance mode. A Scribe is connected to the Rally Bar. When the Rally Bar goes into power save and wakes up again, it shows "no device connected". We need to restart the appliance to get it working again. Is there a solution?

If you are using the Logitech Rally Bar in appliance mode with MS Teams, you can reselect the content camera without having to restart your Rally Bar.

The settings option can be found under:

More -> Settings -> Devices -> Admin Settings -> System -> Teams Admin Settings -> Devices -> Content Camera -> Select Logitech Scribe
(Admin access is required for the Logitech settings)
