The Rally Bar has dynamic speaker framing. The camera automatically tries to capture all participants in the room as well as possible. In practice, this works very well and quickly.
However, the camera does not focus on the current speaker (speaker tracking).
Update: With the new RightSight 2 (current firmware required), Rally Bar can now also do speaker tracking (currently still in beta) and thus focus on the active speaker.
