How to set up BYOD with audio and video?

I’ve setup the logitech rally bar (bare unit with just the remote) for our meeting room and during testing everything was fine. We plan to use it in BYOD mode, however, only the camera works and there is no audio coming out of the speaker or no sound picked up by the microphone. The rally bar is properly detected in both linux and windows, I’ve tried a different usb c to usb a cable, factory resetting, setting up with sync but nothing worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Use a suitable USB-C to A cable min: USB 3.0
  • Check if the microphone and speakers are selected as the default device. Proceed as follows:

Windows 10:

  • Windows Key -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> Sound Control Panel -> Playback & Record -> Right click on Speakerphone with echo cancellation -> Set as default device and default communication device.

Teams

  • 3 points -> Settings -> Devices -> Speaker & Microphone -> Speakerphone with echo cancellation
