Logitech Rally Bar - How to setup a Rally Bar with a laptop?

I want to set up my Rally Bar with a single monitor so it can be used with Teams. I have ordered a Tab but it will not be delivered before an important meeting early next week.
The setup I'm planning to use is on Page 14 of "Wiring Diagrams" 17 April 2023. This shows that the internet to the Rally Bar is provided over a Cat 5 cable. How is internet provided if it is WiFi? This may not be a problem if Teams is running on the laptop, but then do the speakers and microphone on the Rally Bar work.
Finally, is a license for Teams required for the Rally Bar?

Hello mel-orecklin,First of all, what is your setup really like? Because on page 14 it is the BYOD mode, everyone brings their laptop and uses Teams there, then no TAP is needed. Or do you mean the USB mode, where a stationary PC is used as a Teams PC.If you set up the Rally Bar as shown on page 14 of the Wiring Diagram, a wired connection is not absolutely necessary. You can also connect the Rally Bar to the W-LAN for additional functions such as a local Web UI for settings or integration into the Logi Sync Portal. Internet is not required. You can import all updates and settings via the USB cable using a laptop with an Internet connection (W-LAN).When using a stationary PC, as on page 19, we recommend using a Microsoft Teams Rooms compatible PC. A compatible list can be found e.g. Here or on the Microsoft website.No license is required for the Rally bar, but a license is required for Microsoft Teams Rooms. Prices can be found here
