How to solve image problems in rally bar?

I have been facing an anomaly with my office rally bar. The same when I'm in a Teams meeting, it's totally dark and it feels like there's no light in the room. The Rally Bar is connected to a NUC and we also have a Tap Meeting Room Touch Controller.Has anyone had the problem described? I ask for your help.

Install Logitech Sync on your Nuc and open it.
Go to Video Settings and enable Auto White Balance in the settings.
If Auto White Balance does not work, set it to work for most scenarios. Since the white balance does not work, the system might not be up to date or there might be a hardware defect. Check the firmware in Sync for an update. If the problem cannot be solved, it is probably a defect.
Additionally, avoid direct sunlight on the lens to avoid damaging it.
