How to update Rally Bar remotely?

• If the Logitech Rally Bar is registered via Logitech Sync Portal, an update can be scheduled via it.
• If a computer is connected to the Rally Bar, an update can be applied via remote maintenance software and Logitech Sync App.
• If someone is on site, the person can apply an update locally with detailed instructions.

An active internet connection is required for an update.

Any guides on this? Like a KB or something.

• When you install the device you can enter your credentials for the sync portal in the settings, then your device should be listed among your devices.

The Rally bar is not a device with a UI as far as I know. In my case it's attached to a Windows device via USB etc.Where do I enter the credentials?

If no monitor is connected

• If you remove the cover on the back of the Rally Bar, you can connect a monitor via HDMI.

If a monitor is connected

• Use the remote control of the Rally Bar. Press the end call button for 5 - 10 seconds. Now the settings should open.

If used with a TAP

• Open the settings, enter the password (default is 1234)

Now you can enter your account under Sync Portal.

If I connect no monitor to the bar, then what do I do?

Without a screen, you cannot enter any settings.

At least one TAP is required.
When the monitor is connected, you should see a picture with Video Meetings / Local Sharing.
Take the remote control of the Rally Bar and press the End Call button for 5-10 seconds.


Now a settings menu should open and there you can enter your login data in the Sync Portal.
