Logitech Rally Bar has image quality issues between Windows and Mac Laptop?

Windows laptop shows the camera with great quality, but a MacBook has either a focus issue or an imaging issue. Has anyone experienced this before with the Rally Bar camera?

  • Check with Logitech Sync if you can install an update for the Rally Camera.
  • In the Sync settings you can make some adjustments regarding the camera.
  • Check the settings of your application. In Teams you can select a background, this can also be set as blurred. In Teams go to Settings -> Device -> Make a test call -> Other -> Effects and avatars -> none

  • You can also adjust other settings for the camera under Teams -> Settings -> Devices -> "Camera" ->Open camera settings.
