Logitech Rally Bar Mic Hub white light blinking, is it broken?

I have a Logitech Rally Bar Mic Hub connected to better spread my 3 mics for the Rally Bar.
The 3 Mics worked without the Mic Hub fine. When I now connect the Mic Hub the white light flashes 4 times than pauses and keeps on flashing but is not recognised by the rally bar nor are the connected mics recognised.
As soon as I connect the mic pods directly everything works again, but I would love to use the Logitech Rally Bar Mic Hub to spread out the 3 mics on the large table.
I have waited 8 hours of white blinking but no change and I only see the error in sync.logitech -> Mic Pod wurde getrennt -> Mic Pod was removed
Maybe the Logitech Rally Bar Mic Hub is broken or does it need to be activated? I would love some help.Thank you

Answers

  • Try installing only the Mic Pod Hub on the Rally Bar to see if it works, then one microphone at a time. One microphone may be causing the problem.
  • Connect the Rally Bar to your laptop via the USB cable and use the Logi Sync software to see if an update is possible.
  • If you have another Rally system, try connecting the hub with a Mic Pod there. Check whether the fault lies with the Rally bar or the hub. The hub is probably defective.
  • According to the Logi website, no flashing pattern is defined for this. You can find out more about the causes of the error by contacting support.
