Logitech Rally Bar Zoom In/Out during a Call?

According to the error description, there are several possible causes.

Remote control:

The original remote control is already paired with the video bar. However, if the connection is lost or the remote control is replaced, you need to do the pairing again as follows:
Press and hold the pairing button (the center button on the back of the videobar) for 5 seconds to launch the pairing interface.

• In appliance mode, the pairing user interface will launch. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
• In USB mode, the Rally Bar LED flashes blue to indicate that pairing has started. On the remote control, press and hold the Volume Down and Zoom Out buttons. Once pairing is complete, the LED will stop flashing.
• Pairing will exceed the time limit if there is no activity.
• Also, check the remote control batteries and replace if necessary. The remote control for Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini requires two CR2032 lithium batteries.

Sync

• log in via the administrator and start Logitech Sync.
• In the camera settings you can now set when Right Sight should be used. Directly at call start or dynamically and with which function (group view / speaker view / grid view).

Logitech camera settings

• With the software Logitech Camera Settings to be found on support.logi.com you can check the PTZ functions of the camera via software.

Rally Bar without PC

• If the RallyBar is operated without a PC, a Logitech Tap must be installed and connected to the RallyBar in order to control the camera with the remote control.
