Yes, that is correct. Since the update, the Rally Bar allows up to 4 Mic Pods to be connected.
In addition, up to 2 Mic Pod Extensions (anywhere in the chain) can be connected. "Both Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini extension cables can be placed in any order when paired with Mic Pods."
