PC does not appear on the screen?

The company I work for has installed two Rally bar systems. Both systems are connected to our network and update automatically. The problem we have is that the image from the PC does not appear on the screen until we restart the system. What could the problem be?

According to your description there are several possibilities. Make sure that the device is properly connected.

Rally Bar without PC

  • To share the screen content from another PC, you can connect directly to the Rally Bar (HDMI IN) or to the TAP (HDMI IN) with an HDMI cable.

Rally Bar with PC

  • To share the screen content from another PC, you can connect directly to the TAP with an HDMI cable (HDMI IN).
  • When it comes to the PCS screen, disable power saving settings that enable Sleep Mode on the PC.
  • Deactivate the Modern Standby on the PC.
  • Activate under Settings -> Administrative Settings -> System -> Power Saving Settings

  2. use built in AI-View Finder.
